When you submit your channel or catalog for review on the For Creators page, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, channel link, platform, follower count and any notes you include.
Like most websites, we may also receive standard technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
We use submissions to review your catalog, assess which distribution or monetization programs fit your content, and contact you about working together. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data to understand how the Site is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your catalog details for any purpose other than evaluating and pursuing the partnership you asked us to review.
We share submission details only with the team members who review catalogs and, where you move forward with a specific program, with the platform partner running that program as needed to submit your content for consideration.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We keep catalog submissions for as long as needed to evaluate your application and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing relationship. If you would like your submission deleted, email letswork@viralaudience.com and we will remove it.
We keep cookies to a minimum. Essential cookies may be used for the Site to function and, where enabled, for anonymous traffic analytics. We do not run advertising trackers on this Site.
Submissions are stored in a secured cloud database with access limited to Viral Audience. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email letswork@viralaudience.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
