TERMS OF SERVICE

How we work with creators, brands and visitors of viralaudience.com. Last updated September 2026.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of viralaudience.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Viral Audience (“Viral Audience”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the Site. By using the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to these Terms.

Viral Audience operates as a media and creator-economy agency. We manage audiences, license video content, and connect creators with invite-only distribution programs on third-party platforms.

2. Catalog submissions

When you submit your channel or catalog for review through the Site, you confirm that you own the content submitted or are authorised to share it, and that the details you provide (name, email, channel link, follower counts) are accurate.

Submitting a catalog does not create a client relationship, a partnership, or any obligation on our part. Participation in any distribution program is subject to a separate written agreement and to the platform's own approval process.

3. Third-party platforms

Distribution programs we facilitate — including those operated by Microsoft, Meta and Snap — are governed by each platform's own terms, partner agreements and monetization policies. We are not responsible for platform decisions, including acceptance into a program, revenue rates, demonetization or removal of content.

Any earnings figures, platform user numbers or program details shown on the Site are provided for general information and do not guarantee results.

4. Content rights

You retain ownership of the content you create. Where we distribute, license or manage your content on your behalf, the scope of our rights will be set out in the agreement you sign with us. Nothing on this Site transfers ownership of your content to Viral Audience.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, no automated submission, no impersonation, and no submitting content you do not have the rights to. We may refuse or remove submissions that breach these Terms or appear fraudulent.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral Audience is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost revenue or lost content opportunities.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
